He participates in judo and football activities and is a great artist. He especially loves to paint. The 13 year old was a fifth grade student during the 2009-2010 school year. He has worked hard to overcome knowledge gaps and does his best to stay on track, described by his teachers as diligent in his work. Here is our sweet little girl Survivor. She came to us at 5 pounds and is now just over 7 pounds. She is looking healthy, is very alert and aware of her surroundings. We are guessing her to be no younger than 4 months. Once she starts growing more, we may have a more accurate age. Her foster mom has done an amazing job getting her to gain weight. She eats very good and sleeps well. She is beautiful!

DAVID_____________________________________________
When I met David I was sure I was looking at a 6 month old baby. I was shocked when they told me he was over a year old. Severe malnourishment had caused this little boy with Cerebral Palsy to stop growing. He was even unable to suck from a bottle he was so weak. Now after being in the program for a short time he is sucking from a sippy cup, lifts his head and feet and bends his knees. This beautiful little boy has a long ways to go, but with proper care, and lots of love, we know he will thrive.

NATALIA__________________________________________
Natalia will turn 8 in June. The staff in her orphanage agree that she is sweet, generous, and kind. She enjoys playing with dolls, singing, and playing with her friends. The Director believes she is an excellent candidate for adoption and should bond well. Her development is normal for her age. She has two manageable special needs - her right eye turns inwards slightly, but doctors think it could be managed by patching her stronger eye. Her second need is manageable, but more sensitive. We can share more with any family who is seriously interested. This is not a Hague country and adoptions can be done independently. Families should anticipate $20-30,000 for international facilitators, home study, travel, dossier, orphanage donation and immigration. Please email Julie at jann1027@aol.com
